Registration and payment instructions
The registration for present participation is closed. In the case of serious interest please contact us (plantmethods2023@csebr.cz).
It is still possible to register for the on-line version, the deadline is September 14th.
After registration you will obtain automatic response, which includes infos to login and insert presentation abstract. Then please wait till we process the registration and add you into the list of participants and your talk/poster to the programme.
Important note – please use the same e-mail address that you used for your registration. If you can not do so, please forward us the payment confirmation on plantmethods2023@csebr.cz, specifying which registration is the payment associated with.
Fee include “everything” except accomodation (accomodation is not included in fee). All presentations (no paralel session, thus you are able to attend all of them), food and beverages (lunches, dinners and coffee breaks), welcome and farewell party, sightseeing tour, possible travel by bus on Sunday from Prague/Brno/České Budějovice and back on Thursday morning.
The exchange rate for participants from Czech institutions will be calculated as 23,8 CZK / Euro. On invoice will be amount of money in CZK.
For the students registered to 17th Student Days in Plant Biology will be organized bus from České Budějovice on Friday noon (will be communicated with students during registration process).
FESPB (including CSEPB) members have a substantial sale in fees. If you are not a member of the society you can become here.
Fees structure is in the table bellow (for info to consider what is the best for you to attend):
If there will be difference between the price in registration form and this table, the true price is in registration form.
If you will confirm in the registration form, that you plan to be accomodated in hotel where the conference is organised, you will get 50 Euro discount from the conference fee (applicable for fees above 100 Euro). An example: if you will register as FESPB member to MPS2023 for regular fee (350 Euro) and you confirm plan to accomodate in the hotel, the price will be 300 Euro.(
Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)
Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference will have their paid fees reimbursed as follows. Written notice of non-attendance has to be sent to the email plantmethods2023@csebr.cz. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
· From August 1 to August 31, 2023: 100€ VAT incl. will be charged as a processing fee
· From September 1, 2023: no refund will be made
